A tip for #Entrepeneurs that have staff that interact with your customers more than you do on a day to day basis.
Training should be done daily and continuously. It doesn’t even have to cost you any money.
This is a true life experience :
I visited a beauty service provider and did a walk in. I couldn’t reach them on any of their numbers I had on my phone. Luckily they were able to attend to me immediately.
I mentioned to the attending staff that I had tried calling to book the appointment but couldn’t get through on any of the numbers I had. She immediately replied : “It must be the network”. I was stunned!
What did I expect? I expected her to ask what numbers I had used. To crosscheck i had the right and current numbers. If not to provide the correct phone numbers or update me with additional numbers.
At the end of my session, I asked for their numbers and just like I suspected the two numbers I was given were new numbers!!!!!
This is how we lose custom, reduce customer loyalty and get disconnected from potential income in our businesses.
